This our main project. We want to create a diverse ecosystem which supports us, our community and our planet. We started with pretty much a blank slate in 2013. It was pasture. Now we have a house, trees, animals and water management. We have successfully run a small business with the output.

We probably have 30 chestnut trees. They grow quite well here. This year we got the first real quality crop. We have already roasted quite a lot. They are excellent.
